Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting and carrying out qualification calls for companies looking to automate tensile testing for rubber and plastics manufacturing. Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads
Use various channels such as email, phone, and social media to reach out to prospects
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up with prospects and provide information about our products and services
Manage and update CRM database with accurate and current information
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
Passion for sales and interest in developing a career in this field
