Responsibilities
Generate new leads through telemarketing, networking, and market research
Conduct B2B sales outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs
Present tailored solutions and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data
Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals in a B2B environment
Experience in sales roles such as inside sales, technical sales, or telemarketing
Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service best practices
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and relationship management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving growth
