We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth through enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a base salary position with commission incentives.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and increase sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
Negotiate agreements that benefit the organization while ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Onboarding of new client.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or a related field including Rental and Strata building management.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
Familiarity with strata and rental building marketing strategies and their application in business growth.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
