Job Description
The BD Manager-Supermarket contributes to the success of maximizing business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer in
various channels in Supermarkets and all other wholesale Channels
.Key Responsibilities:
Achieving food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service.
Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities.
Strong capability in order planning and managing sales needs.
Prospecting departmental sales plans to acquire new accounts.
Cross-selling product categories including produce, condiments, beverages, dried goods, meat, packing materials, frozen seafood and other frozen products.
Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build key brand development and maximize key brand performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese;
2-3 years experience of fact-based supermarket selling or supermarket buyer preferred
Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
Managerial experiences in ordering planning and sales needs
Food service customers resource is a must
Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills
Solid presentation skills required
Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
