Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve firm goals. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with legal teams to tailor services that meet client needs. Conduct market research to inform business strategies. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the firm at networking events and conferences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the legal or professional services sector. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an asset. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
