Be the Face of PROCECO in the U.S. Market

PROCECO

is a global leader in industrial parts cleaning technology with over 50 years of innovation. As part of our growth strategy across the Americas, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead new business development primarily in the United States, while supporting opportunities in English-speaking Canada and selected Latin American markets.

This role is designed for an experienced industrial sales professional who excels at opening new markets, closing complex deals, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a business development strategy focused primarily on the United States market Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within industrial manufacturing environments Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with an emphasis on new client acquisition Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, negotiation, and closing Close high-value capital equipment and engineered solution sales Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Represent PROCECO at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across the Americas Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic growth initiatives Support business development activities in English-speaking Canada and emerging Latin American markets

Required Qualifications



Proven track record of success in business development or technical sales within the U.S. industrial market Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Strong experience in new business acquisition, prospecting, and closing Ability to sell complex, high-value capital equipment or engineered solutions Strong negotiation skills and executive-level presence Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills High level of autonomy, accountability, and self-motivation Ability to travel regularly within the United States and internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling in English-speaking Canada Exposure to or experience in Latin American markets Fluency in Spanish considered a strong asset Background in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing solutions
