Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and project management, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, email outreach, networking, and online platforms Build and manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity tracking Conduct market research to identify new client segments and service opportunities Actively pursue new B2B business opportunities in industries such as property management, retail, construction, and event security Meet with potential clients to assess their security needs and propose tailored service solutions Create and deliver professional proposals, pricing models, and service presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals and margins Follow up with leads and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover and successful implementation of new contracts Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in security or service-based industries is preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

Commission pay
Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
