Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and meet potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present our unique recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, networking events, and client visit.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment and sales team to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
Requirement: To succeed in this role, you must master the following qualifications.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and listening skills, with the ability to convince business decision-makers.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals and driving business growth.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry and market.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
