Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to help identify new projects, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and quantify new leads and business within the restoration building envelope sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients' owners, engineers and strata's
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and market initiatives to meet business objectives
Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to prepare bids and proposals.
Coordinate and attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Track and report on market activity, opportunities, and competitor trends
Support the company's marketing and brand initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, restoration, or related field
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with building envelope systems is an asset
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Sales expertise with a results-driven mindset

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
