Business Development Manager/Sales Lead
to expand our footprint in the US and Canadian markets. This is a

About the Role
This is a
remote role
where you'll act as both an
individual contributor
and a
sales leader
. In the near term, you'll be hands-on in hunting, building relationships, and closing deals. Over time, you'll also help establish the
sales playbook, processes, and pipeline discipline
to scale our revenue efforts across North America.
While primarily remote, the role requires the ability to
meet in-person a couple of times per month
in the Vancouver area for team alignment, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
You'll take a
consultative sales approach
, understanding client challenges and crafting tailored, value-driven offerings. Working closely with our digital marketing and technical teams, you'll win new clients, expand existing accounts, and build long-term partnerships in an underserved but opportunity-rich market.

What You'll Do
Act as an
individual contributor
in the early stages: prospecting, discovery, pitching, and closing deals.
Establish the
foundation for the sales function
: playbooks, outreach strategies, and CRM discipline.
Build and grow a book of business through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Initiate contact via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision-makers at mid-to-large organizations.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Understand client needs and deliver
tailored solutions
in partnership with technical teams.
Collaborate with marketing and SMEs to strengthen proposals and close deals.
Manage and forecast your pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
Focus on
gross margin growth, new client acquisition, and account expansion
.
Coordinate with international teams, including India-based delivery groups.
What You Bring
3+ years of
B2B consultative sales experience
in IT services or technology solutions.
Proven ability to
individually generate pipeline and close deals
.
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to establish a
sales foundation
in a growing firm.
Strong network or ability to connect with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
Experience with
Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or AWS ecosystems
is strongly preferred.
Consultative approach built on
trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships
.
Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Based in Vancouver or nearby area
(preferred), with availability for
in-person meetings a couple of times per month
.
Ability to travel locally and nationally as required.
