Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (flexible as needed)

As our

Business Development Manager - MEWP

, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our dealership network across Central Canada. This isn't just about sales -- it's about being a trusted partner, shaping strategy, and helping our dealers succeed. What You'll Be Doing

Grow & Support Dealers:

Build strong, long-term relationships with dealerships. Help them succeed with ongoing communication, training, and support.

Spot New Opportunities:

Research markets, identify gaps, and bring new high-potential dealerships into the fold.

Be the Go-To Partner:

Act as the main contact for dealers -- resolving concerns quickly and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Work as One Team:

Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing to deliver seamless experiences. Share insights from the field to influence strategy and product development.

Lead with Impact:

Mentor colleagues, manage priorities, and keep your reporting/CRM game sharp to drive measurable results.
What You Bring

5+ years in MEWP sales, business development, or dealership/OEM account management (this is a

must-have

). A solid understanding of the MEWP industry and dealership landscape. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills. Organized, strategic, and able to balance relationship-building with admin efficiency. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver's license + ability to travel for in-person partner visits.

Criminal Record Check clearance & legal entitlement to work in Canada.
