true hunter
who loves chasing new business, closing deals, and being rewarded for results.
What You'll Do
Hunt for new business opportunities (consulting, training, and RFP-based projects).
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and LinkedIn.
Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to proposal and closing.
Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine our growth strategy.
Track your pipeline, conversions, and KPIs.
Who You Are
Proven experience in
B2B or professional services sales
.
A
hunter
with a track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Self-starter -- motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Bonus: experience selling consulting, training, or learning solutions.
Compensation Structure (Performance-Driven)
Base:
$1,500/month (draw against commissions) (non-recoverable for first 2 months, then recoverable)
Commission:
5% on monthly sales up to $25K
7.5% on $25K-$75K
10% on $75K+
+2.5% bonus for recurring contracts (12+ months)
Bonuses:
$1,000 quarterly bonus for hitting sales targets
Uncapped earning potential*
OTE:
$75K-$175K+ (based on performance)
Sales Targets
$50K-$75K in new business per month
$150K-$225K quarterly target
$600K-$800K annual target
Maintain a 3x pipeline (e.g., $150K+ in active opportunities)
