Use market research, prospecting, and networking to identify potential clinics to purchase and join our network
Relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, which can include dentists, clinics, and other decision-makers.
Sales and negotiation:
Develop and present compelling proposals, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals.
Market analysis:
Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.
Collaboration:
Work with other teams, such as senior leadership, to develop and implement strategies that generate interest and leads.
Brand ambassadorship:
Represent the company and build a positive professional image within the dental community.
Required skills and experience
Sales and business development:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong preference for experience within the dental industry (e.g., selling equipment, software, or services).
Communication and negotiation:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Business acumen:
A solid understanding of business principles, financial acumen, and how to effectively showcase a product's or service's benefits.
Technical skills:
Familiarity with online marketing concepts (SEO, SEM), CRM software like HubSpot, and other technology relevant to selling online services.
Interpersonal skills:
Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse groups of people.
Self-motivation:
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Travel:
Travel is often required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit dental practices.
Compensation:
Compensation will be a base salary plus commissions.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
