Job Description

ClearPath Distribution Ltd. is a growing last-mile delivery company serving major e-commerce and logistics partners across Ontario. We specialize in efficient, reliable parcel delivery through a trusted network of independent contractors. As we continue expanding across Ontario, we're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Representative to help us secure new delivery contracts and build key partnerships.

Role Overview:

This is a PERFORMANCE position with no base ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, industry contacts, or logistics experience who thrives on results. You'll be responsible for identifying new delivery opportunities, contacting decision-makers, and helping ClearPath secure ongoing delivery or courier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential delivery or logistics contract opportunities in Ontario. Reach out to businesses, logistics providers, and e-commerce organizations to present ClearPath's capabilities. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and procurement managers. Coordinate with ClearPath leadership to prepare proposals and pricing for new contracts. Track leads and conversions, reporting weekly progress and insights.
Compensation:

Performance Pay -- Earn an ongoing 50% of gross profit from every new contract you bring in. Bonuses for multi-route or multi-region deals. No cap on earnings -- high performers can generate substantial monthly income.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in B2B sales, logistics, courier, or delivery services preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven. Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
