Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
Sales Strategy:
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver logistics solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and performance analysis, to senior management.
Industry Representation:
Represent Guardium Logistics Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proven Success:
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
Skills:

Technical Proficiency:
