The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business from the ground up. This is a true hunter-style role with full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through close.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across British Columbia Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities Build long-term relationships with developers, designers, showrooms, and distributors Manage the full sales cycle independently Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and industry events

What We're Looking For

Experience in kitchen or bathroom sales (stainless steel sink experience is a strong asset) Background in showroom sales, outbound sales, or selling to developers/designers Proven ability to manage a sales territory independently Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel (travel across Canada and occasional U.S. travel may be required)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience) Uncapped commission On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ Year 1 Car allowance, cellphone reimbursement and expense account Benefits after 3 months RRSP after 6 months 3 weeks paid vacation
