We're looking for a Business Development Manager who loves sales, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to make a real impact on growing KitchenCraft Edmonton. You bring the drive and the relationships, we'll bring the design expertise, operational support, and an incredible team behind you.

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by building and expanding relationships across builders, multi-family, renovation, and property management clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the sales process while partnering closely with Sales Designers, Operations, and Marketing to ensure every project is a success.

What You'll Do:



- Prospecting, presenting, and closing new builders and multi-family accounts.

- Growing and managing existing client relationships with a focus on trust and service.

- Acting as the bridge between clients, designers, and operations.

- Delivering engaging presentations both in-store and on-site.

- Supporting promotional events and business development initiatives.

- Guiding clients through the full sales cycle, from introduction to installation support.

- Monitoring sales and margin performance and identifying growth opportunities.

- Contributing as a keyholder and integral member of the management team.

- Meeting weekly with the General Manager to review prospecting activity and closing progress.

We're Looking for Someone Who:



- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or design would be preferred or related business experience within the Construction industry.

- 5+ years of relevant Sales experience with a proven track record of success.

- Demonstrated experience in working with and mentoring a sales team effectively.

- Experience in interior design or related industries is preferred.

- Experience in construction, cabinetry, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
