Position Summary
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our explosive growth, actively seeking out new investors and accounts to fuel our success. You'll combine the art of online lead generation with the power of face-to-face networking, building connections that turn into long-term partnerships. Once you've closed the deal, you'll seamlessly hand off the details to our internal teams, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Key Responsibilities
Find the Right Investors:
You'll chat with potential investors and figure out who's a perfect fit for our services.
Source Dream Properties:
Help our investors find high-return properties that are perfect for growing their portfolios.
Make Deals Happen:
Work closely with our team to navigate property sales and financing.
Grow Our Client Base:
Expand Nomadics' reach by acquiring new investors and building strong relationships.
Qualifications
Sales Expertise:
A background in real estate sales, general sales, property management, or a related field.
