areas.

The Role at a Glance



Strategic Prospecting & Market Insight:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wheel and tire market.

Relationship Management & Influence:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Territory & Account Growth:

Strategically grow accounts and territory performance through consultative selling.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Discipline:

Maintain a disciplined pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

Collaboration & Business Acumen:

Partner with internal teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.

Adaptability & Self-Management:

Travel regionally within assigned territory (50% or more with overnight stays as well).

What We're Looking For



3+ years of business development or sales experience with a proven track record of new account pursuit

Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience creating and executing territory strategies that align with company goals

Proficiency with CRM platforms and business development tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers

It's a Plus If You Have



Experience developing strategic partnerships and alliances

Familiarity with wheels, tires, or the automotive aftermarket

Strong analytical skills and comfort with market data
