Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BDM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our Sales, ensuring that they align with business needs. This position requires strong analytical skills, Software Sales expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The BDM will also bring new ideas to grow the business and take initiatives by leveraging technical knowledge to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Duties



Bring Sales into the organization as much as he can. Must be having previous expertize on IT Sales and consulting. Analyze existing Sales and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and attending local industry events (virtual or in-person). Provide technical support for software applications, ensuring seamless operation for users. Understand client requirements and align our digital, CRM, and IT services to meet their business needs. Engage in outside sales activities by utilizing technical knowledge to negotiate and close deals effectively. Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets and report regularly to the leadership team in India. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to enhance customer relations.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in IT analysis or a similar role within a technology-focused environment. Strong understanding of sales processes, including technical sales and account management. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outside sales experience. Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
