Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Represent company Brands and effectively communicate the USP of the company to qualified leads.
  • Manage business generation activities and apply closing sales strategies.
  • Reach out to new/existing customers for new business, upsell and cross-sell. Candidate must be extremely
  • comfortable with warm client prospecting (including calls and emails).
  • Create and maintain a database/list of prospective and existing clients with all essential information pertaining
  • to sales/BD activities.
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of prospects using in-house CRM software.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for requirements in home décor and build a trusting relationship with them.
  • Gain extensive knowledge of product/service offering by the company to be able to explain products/services
  • in detail to customers. Must be able to provide customers, all necessary information pertaining to products and
  • the company.
  • Stay updated with website, product and price changes.
  • Ability to conduct online research to generate new business leads and fill the pipeline/funnel.
  • Liaise with marketing team to understand the near and long term company strategy.
  • Develop sales budget and forecast in collaboration with sales and marketing team and its goals.
  • Work to nurture and develop the sales process within the organization with support of the leadership team.
  • Create sales targets for new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Other Details:
  • Full-Time Employment Position, 40 hr/week.
  • Reporting to Managing Directors & Sales Manager.
