Responsibilities

Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and forecast future growth.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful project delivery.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing principles and experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Familiarity with customer relationship management strategies to foster client loyalty.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
