Job Description

Celayix is a leading provider of shift-scheduling solutions for companies with dynamic schedules. Celayix provides SaaS-based solutions to a wide range of industries that include the Security Guard & Patrol, Home Care, Long-Term Care, and Hospitality markets.

Celayix uses advanced rules and machine learning technologies that enable companies to automatically generate and manage rapid change to schedules of any complexity. Our customers include Caesar's Entertainment, Fox News, H&R Block, AVIS Budget Group, the Lincoln Center, Genesis Security, and an NBA team we can't tell you about. Just as importantly, our customers include smaller organizations you've never heard of that spend 95% less time performing their scheduling-related tasks every day.

The Role



Most of our markets are growing rapidly during the pandemic and so are we. This is an outbound calling role to senior management in industries where Celayix has a proven solution to find out if they share the same problems as our existing customers.

The Opportunity



We see this as a maximum 12-month commitment to this role before someone proves themselves ready to move up: to take on more responsibility as a Solution Advisor who can work with interested companies and their management teams, demonstrating our solutions, managing decision processes, negotiating contracts, and welcoming them to Celayix. Someone who wants to make great money in a technology sales career and needs a clear path to get there.

Celayix has an experienced management team to help develop sales skills in people who are eager to learn. We'll provide all the coaching a person needs to be successful and they bring the energy, attitude, and work ethic. We do all the rest.
