Position Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our full range of security services across the GTA.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with hands-on experience in outbound sales. Knowledge of the security services industry will be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account growth. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, meetings, and presentations. Prepare and present proposals and quotations based on client requirements. Collaborate with operations and management teams to deliver tailored security solutions. Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversion rates on a regular basis. Represent Top Defence Security Services at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications and Requirements



Minimum

3 years of proven experience in outbound sales or business development

(security services experience preferred). Strong understanding of the security services market and client expectations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid

G Driver's License

and a

clean driving abstract

(mandatory). Must have reliable transportation to travel within the GTA. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools is an asset.

Schedule



Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or events).

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
