Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced
Business Development Executive
(based in North America) who can drive
high-ticket IT service sales
and long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate is already well-connected within the tech industry, understands complex software outsourcing sales cycles, and can open doors to decision-makers at mid-to-large companies.
If you already have
a strong client network or active relationships
with companies needing software development, staff augmentation, or AI/ML solutions -- this role will give you the platform and support to grow that into significant recurring business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage companies in need of
custom software development, team extensions, or full-cycle tech projects
.
Leverage your
existing professional network
to build a solid client pipeline.
Drive
high-value deals
(typically $25K-$250K+) and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Collaborate closely with the delivery and leadership teams to design and pitch tailored solutions.
Represent Pirotan at online events, LinkedIn communities, and networking opportunities across North America.
Maintain CRM hygiene, track activity, and submit weekly business development reports.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or software services business development.
Proven ability to sell or consult on
software development, staff augmentation, or technology outsourcing.
Strong network
of U.S. and Canadian businesses seeking reliable offshore or hybrid tech talent.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and professional presentation.
Willing to work within
U.S. time zones
.
