Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product development.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
