We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Iqaluit, Nunavut. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional mechanical services.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Collaborate with project management teams to align business goals with operational capabilities Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships Contribute to marketing strategies that promote our services effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the mechanical contracting industry Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures Familiarity with project management principles Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of marketing strategies is an asset. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
