Digital Marketing and Business Solutions

. We're seeking a

driven and motivated Business Development Manager

to join our dynamic team. This role offers a

competitive base salary, lucrative commission structure, and generous travel allowance

-- with top performers earning

up to $70K-$80K annually

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct detailed

market research

to identify new business opportunities and target industries. Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to achieve company revenue goals. Build and nurture relationships with potential

corporate clients, local business owners, and decision-makers

. Represent Digioptimizer at local

corporate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

. Deliver engaging

presentations and proposals

to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate and close deals with both

new and existing clients

to drive business growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, staffing, creative) to align business goals and client deliverables. Stay current on

industry trends and digital marketing innovations

, identifying opportunities for business expansion. Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and results to senior management. Work with existing clients to

secure bulk and repeat orders

, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

Requirements:



Minimum

3 years of experience

in Business Development, preferably in

Digital Marketing, Media, or Staffing

industries. Proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Exceptional

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Strong

presentation and closing abilities

with a consultative approach. Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

in a fast-paced environment. Strong

local market knowledge

and networking capability.

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.

Compensation Structure:



Base Salary

plus

unlimited commission potential

.

High commission payout

for each activated service and target achievement.

Performance-based travel and fuel allowance.

Top performers can earn

$70,000-$80,000 per year

or more.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
