TAM International is currently searching for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team!





The Role:



The Business Development Coordinator assists the Marketing & Business Development team in defining and building the business development efforts of TAM International LP. He/she helps with public relations, proposals, copywriting, market research, research papers, maintaining the company database, customer follow-up, and events. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day activities of the Marketing & Business Development team. The Business Development Coordinator may assist with advertising and promotional material, communication strategy, competitor analysis, market research, sales analysis, sourcing, event coordination, event attendance, and all other aspects related to marketing.



Responsibilities:




Partner with the Marketing & Business Development team to execute the business development strategy Responsible for external communication with customers. Responsible for working together with commercial, operations, compliance and finance teams to develop solutions, proposals and quotations for customers Tracks data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares reports. Assists with the management, administration, and updating of the CRM and Magaya platforms. Acts as a communication link between the Marketing & Business Development team, customers or potential customers Prepares reports and proposals by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Tracking submitted proposals and following up Supports Marketing & Business Development staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information. Researches competitors by identifying and evaluating characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Knowledgeable of and participates in TAM's Quality Management System Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.



Key Requirements:




Completion of post-secondary education Strong working knowledge of marketing principles Experience in marketing or administration preferred Excellent written and verbal skills and comprehension Highly organized Service-oriented Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent memory skills Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
