Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance service visibility. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards. Foster strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Prepare reports on business development activities, providing insights for strategic planning.

Experience

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the temp labor or staffing industry. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables. Background in marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead generation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
