This role focuses on expanding our client base within the agriculture, clean energy, real estate, and construction industries through strategic outreach and deep market understanding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising services for digital sales and a proven record of effective deal-closing capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Contact potential clients through cold calls and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Use probing questions to thoroughly profile potential clients, identify key decision-makers, understand budget constraints, and prequalify leads.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by making at least 100 calls per week and conducting profiling meetings to assess client needs and align solutions effectively.\xc2\xb7 Develop tailored proposals that meet each client\'s specific needs, focusing on providing high-value solutions.\xc2\xb7 Achieve and strive to exceed set KPIs, including call targets, meeting schedules, and a 50% closing ratio on deals.\xc2\xb7 Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts to repeat business and referrals.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales position, specifically in advertising services, focusing on digital sales.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals without being overly aggressive.\xc2\xb7 Strong track record of business development success and consistent sales performance over time.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with key industries in Alberta and British Columbia such as agriculture, clean energy, real estate, and construction.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with the ability to create and present compelling sales presentations.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.\xc2\xb7 This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where your contributions will directly impact the company\'s growth and success.
