Job Description
The Business Development Liaison will be the bridge between A21 and potential corporate partners, sponsors, and employer networks. This role focuses on building relationships that drive revenue, sponsorships, and sponsorship for program participants. The Liaison will identify partnership opportunities, pitch A21's mission, and work closely with leadership to align corporate engagement with program outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective corporate sponsors, employer partners, and donors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
Represent A21 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the Executive Director to craft sponsorship proposals and partnership packages.
Track partnership activity, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with program staff to align partner opportunities with participant needs.
Monitor industry trends to inform outreach strategy and potential partnerships.
Required Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of securing partnerships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive pitches.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working remotely and managing a pipeline of prospects.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
