Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client meetings.
Organize and conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored lighting solutions.
Support contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and contribute to tender submissions.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to represent Dot Lighting.
Maintain accurate sales records, review performance metrics, and prepare reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications
Minimum College diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in LED Lighting industry, or related field.
Creativity, high energy, and a proven track record of sales success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Well-developed organizational and strategic planning skills.
Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
Valid G driver's license required.
