Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation needs.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and clients to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
Leverage our TMS & CRM to manage sales pipelines, quotes, and bookings.
Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to provide value-driven solutions.
Requirements:
Understanding of the freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation industry.
Strong
sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Knowledge of North American transportation regulations and freight markets.
Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is preferred.
