Position Summary:
The Business Development Associate at Dynaline is a proactive relationship builder responsible for driving growth through strategic outreach and exceptional partner support. This role combines outbound engagement, research, and CRM management to create meaningful partnerships, generate proposals, and ensure seamless order processing. Success is defined by achieving sales targets, strengthening partner relationships, and embodying Dynaline's values of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to new business leads to build new partnerships for Dynaline.
Making outbound calls to existing partners to serve their needs and grow our partnerships.
Performing basic research to learn more about our partners and potential partners.
Tracking research results and activity into Dynaline's CRM system.
Generating engaging proposals using the various tools Dynaline provides.
Communicating in a professional, clear, and effective manner with all Dynaline stakeholders.
Adopting and operating within the scope of Dynaline's values.
Generating Sales Orders and Sales Quotations as needed.
Tracking and closing production orders as needed and according to Dynaline's stated procedures.
Being capable of handling inbound calls if extra support is required in the customer service department.
Tracking and reporting your business development activities to the Leadership Team on a weekly basis.
Collaborating on the development of outreach campaigns.
Communicating promotions and other marketing activities to our partners.
Reaching specified sales and activity targets as set out by the Leadership Team
Assist in inventory count once per year.
Occasional travel may be required for store setups, customer meetings or trade show events

Have a drivers license and vehicle, and are willing to travel occasionally for tradeshows and other special events.
Bilingual French will receive special consideration.
Familiar and comfortable with Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with SAP Business One is an asset
