Business Development Administrator

to support our Business Development Managers in IT, Marketing, and Operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is well-rounded in communication, technology, and organization to support business success.

What You'll Do

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email. Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. Handle confidential information with care and discretion. Coordinate and execute weekly and monthly marketing email campaigns. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues remotely; escalate when necessary. Generate, format, and analyze reports, identifying inconsistencies or errors. Post job advertisements on online platforms as needed. Prioritize multiple tasks based on urgency and business needs. Support Business Development Managers with other tasks, as necessary.

What You Bring

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (approximately 50% of the role involves communication). Strong customer service orientation and attention to brand standards. Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products. Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Office 365 Cloud. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. Experience in customer service or technical support is an asset. Basic automotive knowledge is a plus. English language proficiency required.
Note: Final candidates will complete a practical, on-site evaluation to assess communication and technical skills.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation:

$55,000 annual salary
