We are currently looking for a Business Development Administrator to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions, Position Open to All Provinces.

What You'll Do:



Administer Rate Agreement Contracts and Master Rate Agreements, including circulation for signatures, senior leadership approval, and communication of updates to branches. Review and process Local Business Program submissions, obtain required approvals, issue customer welcome letters, and track non-approved submissions. Support tender and bid activities by drafting and reviewing communications, preparing bid proposals, coordinating submissions, and managing follow-ups and clarifications. Conduct data analysis, information compilation, and accurate data entry for customer accounts using company systems. Research potential business opportunities and monitor industry trends to support bid strategy and decision-making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and branch teams to gather input, align strategies, and ensure effective cross-functional communication. Maintain and update the GDS portal and other online partner portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on rental offerings for all branches. Assist in co-ordination of Trade Show events Supporting the customer invoice uploads for the GTA Film team.

What You Bring:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with tender management platforms. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a steady, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in technical writing, analysis, and proposal development. High attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of business development contracts; fleet management experience is an asset. Successful completion of a pre-hire Driver's Abstract, Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required due to fiduciary responsibilities.
