What This Role Is About



This is not a "sales rep" job, it's a relationship builder role.

You'll be the bridge between our company and the clients we serve. From the first contact to the first walkthrough, from the proposal to the day-to-day delivery, you'll help shape how people experience our brand.

What You'll Do:



Find and connect with potential clients (Home developers or builders, property managers, retail chains, business owners, etc.) Ask meaningful questions to understand what really matters to them Schedule walkthroughs and prepare clear, thoughtful proposals Close service agreements based on trust, not pressure Stay in touch to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention Represent our values in every conversation, every time

Compensation Structure:



Introductory Phase (First 6 Months)

Payment structure to be discuss during interview.

Growth Phase (After 6 Months)

Continue earning commissions (uncapped potential) Potential to supervise accounts for additional income (If desired) Long-term growth opportunity as the company expands
