Position Summary

Identify, research, and reach out to facilities contacts of commercial buildings to secure qualified sales appointments for our sales team.

This fulltime job is located in our Mississauga office where you will have your own office and work closely with the sales team at the office.

Essential Skills

Research skills to identify who to contact using many software tools. It helps to have experience with social media applications. Spoken communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone and in person. Able to present a professional image. CRM skills to track activity, record activity and results and to interact with team members. Office software skills such as email, document writing, spreadsheets, file sharing, etc. Good written skills for producing professional letters and emails Able to manage marketing campaigns Bonus for understanding how marketing actually works in today's economy Ability to drive to commercial buildings in the GTA West area to solicit information and develop new business relationships.

Experience

You have worked with people in business to business or business to consumer environments and comfortable engage in business conversations that lead to agreement You have worked on desktop computers using popular office suite software's You have worked with one or more popular CRM software's and can explain those software's in detail and how they contributed to work success You have sold something for a job for more than one year and loved that kind of work
