Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated
Business Developer
to join our team and help drive new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building client relationships, generating leads through proactive outreach, and learning the ins and outs of a technical, fast-paced industry.
As a Business Developer, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, advocating for clients across departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through
cold calling, lead generation, and prospect outreach
.
Learn the business and develop deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions to clients.
Advocate for clients across production, customer service, and other departments to ensure high-quality execution and satisfaction.
Manage complex customer service accounts while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate closely with management and internal stakeholders to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Use
Salesforce CRM
to track leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients.
Contribute to building a strong, client-focused reputation for CCL.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of sales, business development, or customer service/account management experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using
Salesforce
CRM is an asset.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
Ability to travel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
