Fresh start begins here! Mr Swirl the Friendly Plumber is consistently growing and looking to expand our team with another Business Developer. We are looking for the right individual to drive the progress of our commercial services. Be a part of a team that you can believe in and be proud of! Mr Swirl will also be providing a company phone, company vehicle, gas card, and other necessary equipment for operation. Tasks:

• Visit locations accessing their needs and provide consultations
• Obtaining new commercial clients
• Prepare and present proposals to clients
• Establish & maintain positive relationships with clients
• Coordinate sold projects
• Complete paperwork and updating database accurately in a timely manner
• Achieve targeted goals and receive additional commissions and bonus\xe2\x80\x99s

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience within a similar industry
• Expertise in acquiring strata\xe2\x80\x99s, restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s, restoration, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attentive detail to estimating projects
• Skilled with generating leads
• Strong knowledge of OneDrive and other programs
• Motivated to achieve targets
• Previous plumbing, drainage, and heating knowledge is highly recommended
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
