QUALIFICATIONS:

• Business Consultant, Level 3 has a minimum of ten (10) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience providing assistance to stakeholders* in the identification, development and implementation of business improvement processes in order to achieve corporate or transformational objectives.
• Must have at least 5 years\' experience within the last 10 years in IT Service Management related projects within large organizations with over 1,000 employees.
• Must have an accumulation of 12 months experience within the last 5 years in developing Performance Management Framework, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and their associated metrics, including defining the data collection method used for the KPIs.
