This role can be based in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients, technicians, and other team members to provide analysis and documentation of ServiceNow SPM client implementationsLead design workshops with client and RSM subject matter expertsProvide subject matter expertise of project, portfolio, and agile management best practices and ServiceNow configurationsDesign business processes to meet client goals and needsDocument functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approachEvaluate project and portfolio management business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and designing solutionsAnalyze diverse business requirements to be solved with configurations on the ServiceNow platformEffectively document and communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementStay up to date with the latest industry knowledge of project, portfolio, and agile management and enhancements to ServiceNow functionality, making recommendations on how they can be used to improve business processesWork with technical team members to troubleshoot ServiceNow modulesDesign enhancement requests, including changes to UI, system properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflowLead and ensure quality delivery of SPM technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using the most efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standardsMentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about SPM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etcRespond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)Travel expectations up to 20%Basic Qualifications3+ years of previous experience delivering information technology integration, outsourcing, performance consulting or management consulting services5+ years project portfolio management experienceFull life cycle COTS Implementation experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentHighly self-motivated and directed character with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressureCore competencies including business analysis, project management, business process evaluation, and organizational change managementExperience delivering IT consulting services/solutions many of which encompass strategy, people, and process, technology and infrastructure componentsFamiliarity with methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, and thought leadership to support the practiceStrong computer skills, experience with various software solutions (Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issuesAbility to break complex issues into project steps and problem solveDemonstrated work ethic along with the ability to work effectively with people at all levelsPrevious experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirementsNatural aptitude for solving problemsStrong technical and data analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of ServiceNow experience3+ years agile SDLC experiencePrevious full cycle ServiceNow implementationPMP or Prince certification or equivalent experienceExperience working in a large organization or professional services firmBasic understanding of data privacy regulationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation (CIS) certification(s)Involvement in implementation projects involving multiple ServiceNow applications and system integrationsSkills in workflow analysis, design, and process re-engineering principlesUnderstanding and demonstrated experience working with multiple clientsAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $91,000 - $154,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
