Business Analyst/Developer

Role and Objectives:
The Business Analyst/Developer on the IT Solutioning, Intelligence & Analytics Team, plays a critical role in advancing and optimizing the organization's core business systems and integrations. By collaborating with stakeholders, you'll translate evolving business needs into scalable technical solutions and develop tools that enhance performance, streamline operations, and increase agility. Your contributions will drive innovation and deliver measurable outcomes that help the organization adapt, thrive, and innovate.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business systems, application development, and process improvement. Preference will be given to those with hands-on experience in Epicor ERP, especially in system configuration, customization, and integration.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, support, optimize, and evolve core business systems and integrations, with emphasis on Epicor ERP configuration, maintenance, and performance.
Translate business requirements into scalable, actionable solutions; lead solution design, testing (including regression), and issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align enhancements with business objectives and deliver user-centered outcomes.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework, with a focus on modular and reusable code.
Develop, test, and release native iOS applications using Swift and Xcode that integrate with enterprise systems and services.
Build secure RESTful APIs and services to enable communication between mobile clients and backend systems.
Ensure application scalability, performance, and usability through proper architecture, code optimization, and unit/integration testing.
Develop and deliver end-user training, system documentation, and knowledge transfer for updated tools and processes.
Perform data analysis and create meaningful reports to guide strategic decision-making.
Provide consultative support to leadership; manage third-party consultants and contribute to business transformation initiatives.
Liaise with service providers, vendors, and contractors.
Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent education & experience).
5+ years as a Business Analyst/Developer in enterprise environments, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
Skilled in C#, .NET, and Swift for developing enterprise and iOS applications.
Experienced with Xcode, SwiftUI, UIKit, and RESTful service integration.
Strong in requirements analysis and business process modeling using standard methodologies.
Experienced with Epicor ERP configuration, integration, BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, REST API, and reporting tools.
Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities, including reporting and visualization tools.
Clear communicator with solid technical writing and end-user documentation skills.
Strong project/time management and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Creative problem solver with a sharp analytical mindset.
Vendor management and procurement experience.
Other Requirements
Possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License with reliable access to a personal vehicle for inter-site travel (eligible for mileage reimbursement).
Participate in after-hours support on-call rotations as required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the region.
On-site role.
Working Conditions:
Combination of desk-based tasks and on-site support across office and manufacturing environments; requiring adaptability and attention to safety.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when entering designated facility areas. (e.g. hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest, and eye/ear protection).
Occasional exposure to high noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and industrial hazards.
Ability to concentrate on screen-based tasks for extended durations.
Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs and operate hand tools as needed.
Compensation Package:
Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
