Business Analyst, Retirement Benefit Solutions
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and manage business requirements for client projects and maintenance enhancements
Gap Analysis: Identify where requirements/objectives aren't met and develop resolution strategies
Testing: Create test cases, perform testing, and recommend testing strategies based on risk assessment
Project Coordination: Manage timelines, estimations, change orders, and client documentation
Multitasking: Handle multiple assignments with competing deadlines while ensuring on-time delivery
Support: Assist with troubleshooting, investigations, and knowledge transfers as needed
Required QualificationsTechnical: Extensive experience with CAP Plans, provincial pension legislation, tax regulations, and administration of retirement, termination, death, and multi-employer plans
Skills: Excellent communication and time management abilities
Experience: Proven background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and agile environments
Capability: Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing timelines
Preferred QualificationsCEBS designation is an asset
Experience with pension administration systems
Background in financial services or employee benefits
