Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking a Business Analyst for an initial 5 month contract with possible extension. You will be responsible to follow client's project governance and delivery standards and serve as the Business Analyst for their project.

Candidates must currently reside withing Canada and be available to work PT.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer information systems, management information systems, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT sustainment or operational support roles, preferably within financial services such as banking, pension funds, mutual funds, or insurance. At least 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and effectively communicate detailed business solutions to technology teams. Experience in business analysis, process modeling, data modeling, and project management. Collaborative approach with IT and business teams, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and reporting lines, adaptable to agile or matrix environments as needed.
