Job Description
Story Behind the Need:
- Business Group: AML Data
- Project: Develop Data Quality processes for IB countries per IB Data Governance Roadmap
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join on of the top banks in Canada!
- Maintain, and develop the data quality process using Python OR SQL
- Data visualization using Power BI or Tableau
- Lead, initiate, and facilitate discussions with diverse viewpoints and business needs
- Drive consensus, advise stakeholders, and create an excellent understanding of the business process
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences. Strong facilitation skills
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with coding in Python & SQL (queries)
- Previous experience with data visualization with Power BI or Tableau
- FI experience. Preferred in AML
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business is required
- 1 video conference interview, 1 hour with HM & BA (Technical & Behavior questions)
- The best candidate has all of the must-have and great communication skills as well as previous experience in the Financial Industry/Banking
