In this role as an enterprise application support, business analyst, you will work closely with various business areas throughout the organization to understand, analyze, and complete requests for IT support and or reporting services. The ideal candidate:

You\'re naturally curious and not afraid to ask \xe2\x80\x9cwhy?\xe2\x80\x9d You use common sense, business acumen and the right information to simplify processes.

Passionate problem solver as well as can be a liaison between application development and users, on technical problems to ensure prompt resolution.

Stives to provide the highest level of customer service by using their strong communication skills (oral, written, listening) and deliver information clearly and confidently.

Enjoys working in a highly collaborative, remote team environment.

Ability to analyze, prioritise and support the day-to-day technical operational requests submitted by our business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education with a focus and passion to be an enterprise application support or a data analytics analyst. Five or more years working in a professional client focused, application support environment dealing with technical requests and or data report creation and delivery.

Excellent communication skills. (both written and verbal) Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Strong analytical skills with high technical aptitude.

Strong troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

CBAP/ Certified Business Analysis is considered an asset

Experienced in SQL, and or advanced MS Excel skills.

Knowledgeable / experience in Service Management, Change Management, Business Readiness

Security Clearance and Work Status: Due to Security Clearance requirement, you need to be in Canada for at least 5 years and your current status should be either PR or Citizenship.
