Location Address: Hybrid Toronto -3 days onsite (Tuesdays for team meetings, other days flexible)
Subject to change: 3-4 days onsite may be required based on business needs
Contract Duration: 2 months -ASAP to Jan 31, 2025
Good possibility of extension to Oct 31, 2026 if they do well in initial months
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week

Business group: Client Engineering - Mobile and Web -Digital assistance squad, working on help and search chatbot capabilities and working on and delivering the roadmap
Project: Our Digital Banking Unit is launching multiple initiatives to deliver innovative online and mobile solutions for Scotia customers. To support these efforts, we need a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years relevant working experience in technology space
2) 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT solution development
3) 3+ years'Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks
4) 3+ years'Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
5) 1+ years'experience with UX principles and system architecture
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience in digital banking or financial services.
2) Exposure to mobile and web application development.
