Energees Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst Resource in a contract position for a Public Sector Client.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE RESOURCE TO WORK AND BE LOCATED FULL-TIME ON-SITE IN REGINA, SK. Please do not apply if you are not planning to move to Regina or you are not physically in Regina.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test plans. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation. Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field CBAP certification Proven experience as a Business Analyst Proficient in using tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in Agile and Azure DevOps is a must.
